Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take between 2-4 business days. Upon completion and transfer to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order.

Guidelines for Delivery
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and please note that rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available for all first-time orders within the EU. For other regions, rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed, contact us at service@nouveaufetiche.com to arrange shipping options. Customs fees may apply based on location.

International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local customs authorities. These charges are collected by your local carrier or government and are not handled by Nouveau Fétiche, which means they cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it following our Returns Policy and place a new order for the desired product.

Returns and Refunds 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they remain sealed and unused. Upon arrival at our facility, returned items will be inspected, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
